ARIA AMPLIFIED TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I agree to the following for and on behalf of the label/entity that is submitting this content (Content Provider):
- ARIA may use the materials Content Provider has submitted (eg videos, bios, audio files, cover artwork, images, social posts) (Content), for inclusion in the ARIA AMPLIFIED music news program (including cutdown versions) (ARIA AMPLIFIED) and for the promotion of ARIA AMPLIFIED;
- The Content embodied in ARIA AMPLIFIED may be used by any ARIA AMPLIFIED sponsorship, media, news, promotional, broadcast and streaming partners (ARIA AMPLIFIED Partners) as a part of ARIA AMPLIFIED only (and not separate from ARIA AMPLIFIED);
- ARIA and the ARIA AMPLIFIED Partners may use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, promote and display the Content for the purposes of ARIA AMPLIFIED only and not for any purpose unrelated to ARIA AMPLIFIED, throughout the world in perpetuity and in any media and format, including any future media not yet in existence;
- Content Provider acknowledges that ARIA and the ARIA AMPLIFIED Partners are under no obligation to use any of the Content, and that ARIA has the sole discretion and final decision in determining whether to accept or use any of the Content, and the manner and media in which it is used for ARIA AMPLIFIED;
- ARIA will use best endeavours to include any credits that Content Provider submits as a part of this ARIA AMPLIFIED Submissions Form in respect of the Content. The credit may include social media handles, or other relevant identifiers;
- Content Provider confirms that it has the right to grant the usage rights for the Content and that ARIA and the ARIA AMPLIFIED Partners’ use of the Content is free of any claim from Content Provider and any third party. The Content Provider releases ARIA and the ARIA AMPLIFIED Partners from any liability related to the use of the Content in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
- Content Provider will use all reasonable endeavours to assist ARIA and the ARIA AMPLIFIED Partners in relation to any blocking/copyright claims that ARIA AMPLIFIED (whether on ARIA channels or ARIA AMPLIFIED Partner channels) may receive as a result of posting on social media platforms (including but not limited to assistance with the ‘whitelisting’ of ARIA AMPLIFIED content and/or channels where applicable).
