Elton John and Dua Lipa take out their fourth week at #1 with ‘Cold Heart (Pnau Remix)’. It’s the track’s second run of two straight weeks at #1, following a two-week run in November.
Four weeks into its residency in the chart, Gayle’s ‘abcdefu’ moves up two spots to claim a new peak at #2. It matches the peak already hit by the single in the UK and Ireland.
After two weeks at #11, Acraze’s remix of Cherish’s ‘Do It To It’ moves up two spots to hit the Top Ten for the first time at #9. The track has peaked at #1 on the Billboard Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart in the US.
While Mariah Carey’s ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ remains steady at #8 for a second week, Wham’s festive season classic ‘Last Christmas’ has raced up this week’s chart, moving from #18 to #12. The 1984 track hit #2 at the end of 2020, its highest ever peak.
Rounding out the Christmas tracks this week: Michael Bublé’s ‘It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas’ (#13), Ariana Grande’s ‘Santa Tell Me’ (#21), Ed Sheeran & Elton John’s ‘Merry Christmas’ (#29), Brenda Lee’s ‘Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree’ (#34) and Bobby Helms’ ‘Jingle Bell Rock’ (#39).
This week’s Singles Chart also features new peaks for SZA’s ‘I Hate U’ (#16), Lost Frequencies & Calum Scott’s ‘Where Are You Now’ (#17), Imagine Dragons, JID & League of Legends’ ‘Enemy’ (#18) and Emmy Meli’s ‘I Am Woman’ (#28).
As well as debuting at #7 on the Albums Chart with Fighting Demons, Juice WRLD has debuted at #44 on the Singles Chart with ‘Wandered To LA’. It’s the second single to chart from the late rapper’s second posthumous album after ‘Already Dead’ (#29 Nov. ’21) and features Justin Bieber.
