Moves for Halsey, Rita Ora, Charli XCX, Troye Sivan and more!
For the third consecutive week, Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper sit at #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart with ‘Shallow’. Of the two other tracks from the soundtrack to A Star Is Born currently on the chart, ‘Always Remember Us This Way’ is at #13 and ‘I’ll Never Love Again’ holds #19 this week.
In its fifth week in the Top 50, ‘Without Me’ by Halsey takes out another new peak, moving up one spot to hit #4.
Announced as the first international guest for this year’s ARIA Awards, Rita Ora moves up two spots to #17 to grab a new peak with ‘Let You Love Me’.
As Queen take out three spots in the Top Ten on this week’s Albums Chart, the iconic British band’s most famous single returns to the Singles Chart at #26. A #1 in Australia for two weeks in 1976, ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ returned to the chart in early 1992 following the passing of Freddie Mercury, peaking at #5.
Other singles hitting new peaks this week include Charli XCX and Troye Sivan’s ‘1999’ (#28), Ava Max’s ‘Sweet But Psycho’ (#33) and Lauv’s ‘There’s No Way’ (#37).

#2: Ariana Grande ‘Thank U, Next’ – Ariana Grande takes out her fourth Top Ten entry for 2018 with ‘Thank U, Next’. The track is the first released from her forthcoming fifth studio album, reportedly also titled Thank U, Next. Grande has also hit the Top Ten this year with ‘No Tears Left To Cry’ (#1 Apr. ’18), ‘God Is A Woman’ (#5 Jul. ’18) and ‘Breathin’ (#8 Aug. ’18).
#48: Sheck Wes ‘Mo Bamba’ – American rapper Sheck Wes makes his ARIA Top 50 debut with ‘Mo Bamba’. The track, which features on Wes’ debut album, Mudboy, is named after the rapper’s childhood friend and Orlando Magic basketball player, Mo Bamba.
