The Veronicas make a top 10 debut on the ARIA Albums Chart this week as Ariana Grande marks her third straight week at #1 with Eternal Sunshine, and the third straight week at #2 on the ARIA Singles Chart for the album’s second single, We Can’t Be Friends (Wait For Your Love).
Debuting at #2 on the Albums Chart is We Don’t Trust You by Future and Metro Boomin. It’s the pair’s first collaborative album but Future’s 10th visit to the Albums Chart. He has been in the penthouse once before, in 2022 with I Never Liked You. Metro Boomin hit #4 in 2020 with Savage Mode II, a collaboration with 21 Savage. His solo album Heroes & Villains peaked at #5 in 2022.
The reissue of Olivia Rodrigo’s album Guts sends it flying from #12 to #3, The reissue contains one new track, plus four songs that were previously only available on vinyl. The original Guts debuted at #1 in September last year and spent two weeks on top.
The Veronicas return at #6 with Gothic Summer. It’s the Aussie duo’s sixth studio album, all of which have reached the top 10. Their first three albums all peaked at #2: The Secret Life Of… in 2005, Hook Me Up in 2007 and The Veronicas in 2014.
Kita Alexander’s debut album Young In Love arrives at #61, while Good Morning Seven by Melbourne duo Good Morning (Liam Parsons and Stefan Blair) is new at #93. It’s their seventh album and the first to reach the ARIA chart.
It’s the fourth week at #1 on the Singles Chart for Benson Boone’s Beautiful Things, while Future and Metro Boomin land several tracks on the chart: Like That at #8, Type Shit at #29 and Cinderella at #40.
Hozier debuts at #10 with Too Sweet, it’s his first solo hit since 2015, when Someone New peaked at #24. His first single, Take Me To Church, hit #2 in 2013. Too Sweet is lifted from the Irish singer’s new EP Unheard, which features four previously unreleased tracks that were recorded from his third album, Unreal Unearth. The album reached #13 last year.
Olivia Rodrigo lands her 16th top 20 hit, as Obsessed from the reissue of Guts steps onto the chart at, yes, #16. Three of the 16 have gone to the top: Drivers Licence, Good 4 U and Vampire.
