Week two at #1 on Albums Chart for Billie Eilish

Debuts for Khalid, Russell Morris, Brooks & Dunn and more!

American singer-songwriter Billie Eilish holds #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart for a second week with her debut album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?. The release has also hit #1 in the UK, US, Canada, New Zealand and many other markets.
 
Debuting at #2 with Free Spirit, Khalid has also jumped up four spots to #22 with previous album, American Teen.

Debuts:

#2: Khalid ‘Free Spirit’ – Khalid claims a new Albums Chart peak with Free Spirit. The American singer-songwriter’s second studio album comes 18 months on from debut, American Teen (#13 Nov. ’17). Between albums Khalid released the EP Suncity (#9 Oct. ’18). Free Spirit features the tracks ‘Better’ (#6 Oct. ’18), ‘Saturday Nights’ (#27 Jan. ’19), ‘Talk’ (#5 Apr. ’19), ‘My Bad’ (#14 Apr. ’19) and ‘Outta My Head’ (#20 Apr. ’19). All five tracks appear in this week’s Singles Chart Top 50.
 
#12: Russell Morris ‘Black And Blue Heart’ – ARIA Hall Of Fame member Russell Morris hits the chart for the first time in four years with Black And Blue Heart. Morris’ first album since Red Dirt Red Heart (#21 Nov. ’15) was produced by Bernard Fanning and Nick DiDia. Morris last hit the Top Ten with Van Diemen’s Land (#4 Apr. ’14).
 
#15: Brooks & Dunn ‘Reboot’ – American country duo Brooks & Dunn reimagine some of their classics on Reboot. The pair’s first studio release since Cowboy Town (#23 Mar. ’08) features collaborations with a host of fellow country artists including Kane Brown, Thomas Rhett, Luke Combs, Midland and Kacey Musgraves.
 
#21: Periphery ‘Periphery IV: Hail Stan’ – Prog metal band Periphery take out a sixth Top 50 entry with Periphery IV: Hail Stan. It’s the American quintet’s sixth studio album and the follow-up to Periphery III: Select Difficulty (#8 Aug. ’16), which was gave them their highest chart peak to date.
 
#25: Sara Bareilles ‘Amidst The Chaos’ – American singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles returns to the Albums Chart for the first time since 2008 with Amidst The Chaos. The follow-up to 2015’s What's Inside: Songs from Waitress is Bareilles’ sixth studio album. She last graced the chart with Little Voice (#49 Jun. ’08).
 
#29: Pup ‘Morbid Stuff’ – Canadian punk rock band Pup make their charts debut with Morbid Stuff. It’s the third album by the four-piece, who have previously released their self-titled debut in 2013 and The Dream Is Over in 2016.
 
#39: I Know Leopard ‘Love Is A Landmine’ – Sydney band I Know Leopard make their first ARIA Albums Chart appearance with debut album, Love Is A Landmine. The quartet have previously released a handful of EPs and standalone singles. The album was produced by Jack Moffitt of The Preatures.
