The ARIA Board is delighted to once again invite applications for the ARIA Observership Program, delivered in conjunction with The Observership Program Limited (TOPL). The ARIA Observership Program has been successfully implemented by ARIA in collaboration with TOPL since 2019. The program is aligned with the ARIA Board’s aim to identify and promote emerging industry talent, build capability and ultimately enhance the diversity and inclusiveness of boards within the Australian music industry.
For the 2022 calendar year, ARIA is making this opportunity available to female and non binary employees of ARIA Members.
The program will provide the successful applicant the opportunity to attend the TOPL program workshops in either Sydney or Melbourne (as selected by the applicant during the application process) and attend the designated ARIA Board and relevant ARIA Committee meetings held in person in Sydney or virtually during the year.
We invite all ARIA Members to consider whether any of their eligible employees, aged 25-40, are at an appropriate stage of their career to benefit from the program. If you have any eligible employees, please encourage them to lodge an application.
Applications opened on Monday 14 June 2021 and will close on Sunday 4 July 2021. Applications must be submitted online by completing the online form available here.
Applications for the ARIA Observership Program are free for ARIA Members. Please use the coupon code 22ARIA at the final step in the process (to ensure there is no cost to the applicant).
Further details on the program can be found on the TOPL website.
