After 47 weeks out of the top spot, British band Glass Animals return to claim a seventh week at #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart with ‘Heat Waves’. In its time away from #1, the track has only spent one week out of the Top Ten (#11 in Aug. ’21). To date, it’s spent 57 weeks in the Top Ten, the most by any single in ARIA Charts history. ‘Heat Waves’ was #1 on the 2021 ARIA End Of Year Singles Chart.
After debuting at #36 last week, Jack Harlow climbs up the chart 14 spots this week to hit #22 with ‘Nail Tech’. The track has so far hit the Top 20 in the US and Canada.
American artist Em Beihold moves up twelve spots to hit #36 with ‘Numb Little Bug’, her debut chart entry. To date, the track has also peaked at #36 in the UK.
British singer-songwriter Labrinth picks up his first Singles Chart Top 50 entry since 2015 as he debuts at #49 with ‘All For Us’. First released in 2019, a reworked version featuring actress/singer Zendaya was later released. Zendaya went on to perform the track in the first season of the TV series Euphoria, Labrinth last appeared on the chart with ‘Jealous’ (#18 Mar. ’15).
