‘7 Years’ by Lukas Graham notches up its seventh straight week at the top of the ARIA Singles Chart. It equals the longest run at #1 by a Danish act, joining Aqua’s ‘Doctor Jones’ (#1 Dec. 97).

A jump of seven spots puts Mike Posner’s ‘I Took A Pill In Ibiza’ into the top five for the first time in its fifth week in the top 50. It’s Mike Posner’s second top five, following on from ‘Cooler Than Me’ (#4 Oct. ’10).

Sia’s ‘Cheap Thrills’ returns to the top ten for a third week and picks up a new peak. It had previously peaked at #8.

Big moves this week include The Chainsmokers’ ‘Don’t Let Me Down’ (up 12 to #13), Disturbed’s ‘The Sound Of Silence’ (up eight to #15), Tinie Tempah’s ‘Girls Like’ (up eight to #29) and Zayn’s ‘Like I Would’ (up nine to #33)

Debuts:

#26: Gnash Feat. Olivia O'Brien ‘I Hate U, I Love U’ – American DJ Gnash makes his Singles Chart debut with ‘I Hate U, I Love U’. The track features vocals by 16 year old Olivia O'Brien.

#39: Hailee Steinfeld Feat. DNCE ‘Rock Bottom’ – American singer-songwriter Hailee Steinfeld makes her ARIA Singles Chart top 50 debut with ‘Rock Bottom’. It’s the second single to come from Steinfeld’s debut EP Haiz, which was released in November 2015.

#43: Iggy Azalea ‘Team’ – The first single to chart for Iggy Azalea since ‘Trouble’ (#10 Mar. ’15). It’s the first single released from her forthcoming second studio album, Digital Distortion.
